Troy Farm Collaborative
Troy Farm supports and collaborates with emerging farmers on the land at Troy, prioritizing historically underserved, displaced, and marginalized communities such as BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) farmers.
Since 2020 Rooted has shared the land at Troy Farm with local growers and organizations to provide BIPOC and emerging farmers/food organizations with access to growing space. Members of the Troy Farm Collaborative agree to farm using organic practices, and partner with Rooted in our mission of growing a community-led, sustainable food system. As part of the Troy Farm Collaborative, these growers and organizations are supported with access to land, infrastructure, tools, training, and technical support. Rooted also helps facilitate connections to other resources and partner organizations.
